Coastal Run Part 2

Date: saturday February 17th, 2001
Time: meet at 12:00 noon
Meeting spot: same place as last time. The Parking lot south of the Cliff-house, the one without the nasty pot-holes and such. If you need directions to here, go to Yahoo! Maps and type in 1090 Point Lobos, San Francisco.

The Route: We're going straight down Highway 1 this time. Down through Half Moon Bay.

Final Destination: San Gregorio State Beach. It's 5 miles south of Half Moon Bay, big parking lot. Plenty of room for us stangers.

Just to make sure nobody get's lost, I'll print up some maps and hand them out at the cruise. The last cruise back in july was a blast, so let's have some more fun!

Damn that sucks!

I am going to out of town that weekend to Arizona. Leaving on the 16th, be back on the 19th. I loved that last time we went.

Youl Luz, since your car isn't going to be ready, you can take my car if you are not busy.

Take plenty of pix! Hopefully it will be a great cruise.

Damit why do all the events happen the month i loose my liscense im missing the track now the cruize i also missed the SRO meet! if anyone wants a cruizing buddie for the event hit me up Try2paz are you taking your Stang? call me when your at the track and tell me how your doign you still got my cell #

ATTENTION ATTENTION THE CRUISE HAS BEEN DELAYED TO MARCH 11TH

due to the forecasted storm arriving saturday, the cruise has been delayed to sunday March 11th. This date was chosen so not to interfere with other Bay Area events going on. This gives plenty of notice and a chance for a different route. Any suggestions?

Nate, weekend after is an action packed weekend for me. the 17th is when Strictly 5.0 is going to Sacramento Raceway. On teh 18th streetracing.org is having it's show at the Saratoga Lanes in San Jose

March 11th is a go, pending weather. It's either going to be the route above or a route down Skyline Blvd. I'm going to check out the Skyline route this sunday and decide what is teh safest for a large group of Mustansg to meet up at and cruise down. I'm pushing for the Skyline route along with a few other people because it seemed like teh above planned one almost mirrored the July cruise and I want it to be different from the others.

I just moved up to skyline, so if you need a status on road conditions up there, let me know... I'll probably be cruising it this saturday on my motorcycle if it dries up enough. When you go to check things out, cruise down the backside of Hwy 9. It's supposed to be really smooth with good turns.

ok, it's a go for sunday March 11th, meet at the parking lot south of teh Cliff House at 12:00noon. It's a cruise down 1 to that same college as last time. Afterwards, when I go home, I'm going back up Highway 92 to Skyline and taking Skyline to Highway 9 home. Anybody that joins me on this leg, let's plan on a dinner in Los Gatos or Saratoga

Hey Dan-

I never timed the route but knowing what Matt is talkin about it should take about 3 hours to be safe and another hour to get back to San Bruno, giving you about an hour to spare. That is if we leave at 12 noon!
