Later that night he pointed that thing to the sky then came Down and then back straight up looks like he was dialing In That suspension then he ripped off a 8.90 pass went straight down the track with barely any lift off! That car moves!

Yeah Congrats Jeff on the 8.98 pass with a 1.36 60ft. That's getting it done on a small tire drag radial!!! Too bad the damn MPH clocks kept acting up. I bet you probably trapped 156 or so.

You dragged the bumper on That first run I seen! I'm glad you didn't break anything when you came down so hard.

Thanks for the vid Dan. That was a 1.44 60ft with the rear tires. [patriot]

We had to tame it down after that pass. The rear bumper actually didn't drag, but it came damn close. Unfortunately, when Jeff had to lift the car came down hard and crunched the down pipe. So the 8.98 pass was actually made with a 3-3.5 inch DP instead of the full 4 inch and a A/F in the 9:1's in high gear because of it. [Eek!]

Congrats to Jeff for the 8 second pass! That has been a long time coming. [burnout] 2

This car makes you love foxbodys even more. Most of the foxbodys out there were pretty quick. There was a pretty fast white coupe with a cowl hood on it looking good

Been a while since i've seen Jeff and his car didn't know it was yanking the front wheels up like that now [Eek!]

Even though i know of many quicker/faster cars on DR's it's still a great accomplishment to run an 8 in such a simple/clean fox [worship]
