I got mine but that's because I will be racing in it. Lol! But do make sure you get your tickets early cause bakersfield is a small track from the pits to the bleachers. I really don't know how they are going to fit that many people there. Hopefully they will get some more for that weekend. It will be a great show cause I know some of the psca and the wchra boys are going to be there racing too. For anyone that comes down stop by and say hi.

Can't get any bigger then a 1/4 mile??? Bakersfield sucks as far as the pits and the stands are concerned but the track hooks like an sob!

Everyone is in for a show down there cause most of the PSCA and WCHRA boys are running. It's not that impressive unless you understang the rules but these guys do put on one heck of a show.

what car you got up there? i was just up at there shop a few days ago and saw some really nice cars.

Got DAMN it was HOTT! A mustang didnt take the "W" but 1 68 f.b from Salinas made it to the allout 16 and the other mustang was a 67 coupe with a 514cid that made it to the allout 4. [patriot]

Yeah it was a hot one!! On Sat. the track temp got up to 140 degrees [Eek!] I had fun even though the nitrous decided it wasn't going to work all weekend. Not as many people showed as were going to maybe because the PSCA races next weekend and the WCHRA has their finals coming up as well. Rich said they had an all time low car count being that 150 car didn't show. Speed was also pissed and said they are basically sorry and will never be back to Famoso due to the lack of running water and facilities. But all in all there were no real wrecks or oil downs so the racing was good all weekend.

i remember both those cars. very nice! they moved the black 03 off the dyno to put my car on. it sounded good. i will be going to them to get some work done. i was very impressed with there shop.

Well the car always seems to run decent in the heat but that was like a Vegas race during the day and the car hates that. LOL. Well it ran right where I expected it to run with a slick so I'm happy, but no need to dig a little deeper to find out why the nitrous is having the problems it is.

Mid 10's it was right in the 10.48-10.60 range. Most of the races were pretty close but the last one was a great race.
