We will be testing our road race car Also we'll be getting a baseline for our dragstrip car (07 Gt automatic) this Saturday night @ Sacramento Raceway
Its Grudge night, so it looks like cars are gonna be able to get alota runs.
That along with the cool weather should make for some quick times.
Hope to see you all out there
Regards

I should be up at Sac for either TNT on Fri or Grudge on Sat......and the CMI event on Sun FOR SURE!
Just a matter of how quick we can get the car tuned....the long-block is back together...need to prime the motor, slap the cltuch & trans on, and get it back into the car.

That little bolt on mod motor went 111 mph pretty good. talked to the owner a bit, nice guy. Good run for a road race setup.
los was running the usual and poor Arvin had an incident with some pushrods yet still went 9.1 at 144.
It was fun, but just spectating kinda sucks.
Oh well maybe next year my ride will be running and other folks will be watching.

I didn't see you out there, after the car messed up i stayed in the stands the rest of the night. And the nitrous and my lakewood shocks is sitting in the closet, just trying to see how fast i can get it on the motor before i throw the nitrous on.

It was good to see a few people out today "sunday" at sac raceway. Patrick Your new combo did pretty good for it's 1st outing! I'm sure You are probably getting some rest after all the hour's You put in wrenching this weekend . I got sent home in the 3rd round of elimination's but the guy cut a .597 second light on Me and ran like .05 off His dial in so prop's to Him & at least it was a ford . Condition's were far from ideal & I could'nt hook for shit "best 60 was 1.78 " but all in all it was a good day and at least I made the 175 mile round trip under My own power. My ET & MPH left alot to be desired also 11.2 @ 122 was the best I could do today. Before My last run I noticed that My blower belt was loose & kinda freyed so I will be getting a new one on there before My next outing. For those of You that did'nt make it You did'nt miss much as those import's get old real quick & it was a good 4 hour's between My 1st & second pass.

Its was nice meetin some of you guys out there on Saturday night
The road race car ran a best of 12.9, we were having some problems with the power output (down 30-40 hp on some runs),..we hope to get out back again soon and lower the ets into the 12.6-12.7 range.
Our drag car got some baseline runs of 13.8@101 (The cars gonna get alittle bit of work in the off season)
See you guys out at Sears or Sac in the future
Regards
Mark
BTW nice shown by the Ford guys

Hey guys
Nice to see ya out at the track Sun
MY GOD am i still tired. 2 days of 20+ staright hours or wrenching and tuning and traveling
Oh well it was well worth it.
Car is all buttoned up, tuned for race gas, and is putting down some serious HP.
I couldn't get the car into 4th on all 3 runs we got in between the fukin no exhaust, n/a, 13sec, axle braking, wack ass Hondas making more noise in the pits than on the strip.
I'll start up a new thread in the general section later about specifics.

I try not to hate on anyone but DAMN those guys in the crap-ass Hondas i can't stand.
Granted there were some legitimate fast Hondas but very few and far between.
