I sucked it up.. although it was my first time out. I definitely need different tires cause no matter what I did.. it wouldn't grab.

no. I was the white mach 1 with the hood painted black.

I have 245/45/17 Kumho Ecsta MX's.
My first run was my best. And then I dropped the PSI from like 25 to 20 and just kept getting worse.

Basically was pulling 2.3-2.4 60's all day long..

Yes shifter ,4.10 gears and tires 1st round. 2nd round o/r h pipe , JTL rai and a tune.3rd round ??? 4th 5th ......Damit I was going to leave this car close to stock , I have problems

I'm not sure what your talking about. My car 60's in the 2.1's and runs 13.22@107mph I don't think your civic does better. Maybe better mpg but your car is much slower.

So You go 2.3 with slick's and 2.1's with street tires? Anyway's look's like Sac will be closed tomorrow because of the rain. Everytime I schedule a saturday off to go to the track it has rained or something else comes up. Oh well maybe next week.

It was my first time out. Give me a break.
And drive something with some low end torque, you may change your mind. I grip better on the street (with 40 psi) than on the track(with 20psi), if that means anything.

I know I'm not the best driver(lacking track experience), but that is not my fault. We all suck at the beginning. Yay for you?

Also, his trap speed is a little high for his et, but it could just be a FWD thing. Most people trapping 118ish are ETing in low 11's. But of course they're pulling 1.5ish 60 ft's.. where as he was pulling 1.78's. Which could be a factor.

But deep down.. I still smell .
