yea, that Black pretzel is wasting SERIOUS energy with the twist-o-flex launch...bad chassis set up...very bad...a short wheel-base car with that much twist wont last too long.

The Black Camaro is NOT Artie's car, although Artie and Tom/myself are good friend's.

Funny you should ask though...Arti'es car is in the other lane in that picture, and he's up just as high!!!

what I think is sick is, Artie does it with a small block!!!!!!

anyway, best ET to date for our camaro is a 9.42@144 mph.
1.267 60 foot.

It's a 472 cu.in BBC with Dart heads and Enderle Fuel Injection on alcohol. car weighs 3400 with driver! Now if we could ever get the TNT time to set up the 4-link properly, it would probably run 9.30's. Oh, and it still has STOCK front suspension(look at the second pic closely) with travel limiters.

The car could run 8.90s' if we put it on a diet!

we'll be at sac this sunday...if any of you are there, come on over and say Hi...I am a Ford guy(obviously) but I'll be there tuning/wrenching on this Camaro. Being a Ford freak, and owning several Mopars(including our 12 second Dart), working on a Chevy helps me balance it all out!
