Can anyone tell me where I can get information about the proper weight distribution for a drag car? That's CG location both forward and back and vertically.
Also what is the best settings for Castor and Camber?

Depending on how serious you are, you may want to invest in a book/video on this. Jerry Bickel has a book on suspension geometry and theory. Check out 'Module A' at: http://www.jerrybickel.com/info.html

There is a lot more to tuning a drag car besides weight ratio, CG, caster, and camber. You will also want to consider setting ride height, bumpsteer, pre-load, pinion angle, etc.
