you have to have the pics hosted from putfile,photobucket, shutterfly. etc. then right click the pictures, go to the properties and go the address that is listed and copy it and paste it in between [IMG][/IMG]

you would have to resize the pic, you can try on microsoft paint or find someone with photoshop (like me) and have them resize it
