representin SBS, we ran a best of 11.40 on a stock 5.0 motor top to bottom /t5 with just suspension and tires on the 150 shot.

Props on the 11.40 but to call it a "stock motor top to bottom" is complete BS.

When did stock motors come with ported heads/intake and a Lunati cam?

ok a cam...but the intake is stock and the heads are stock! now if they are ported...its still a stock part vs aftermarket

the motor has a 150$ pick&pull motor, the stock heads have some porting done to them, the lower intake also has some work done to it(the upper intake is stock)...also motor has a small cam, and 1.7 cobra rockers...and the 150 shot of nitrous...and last but not least the biggest mod you must have is a pair of balls to launch that shit at 5,000 rpm...but yes you are right the motor is not stock...

fess up to what, the last time we took the car to the track it weight 2900...the only thing we change from last time is put the cowl hood...ok there you got me sherlock, the car weight was if anything 20lbs less that originaly stated...

Everyone needs to lighten up a bit.

No one is hating on anyones car. Questions were posed...either answer them or tell the individual to get lost, it's that simple. So far, all there has been is alot of defending a car. It ran the number, nothing to defend.
Still trying to figure out why everyone's so butt-hurt about questions of the car...

Any how you need to use a different scale, We have a coupe in Redding no AC no rear seat.(he does have racing seats) at 2600 lb's with a stock motor might weigh less now. Who gives a fuck.. the car ran what it ran.. simple as that.. its a stock bottom end with stock ported heads and stock upper and lower with a lunati cam.... waighs in at 2900lbs...oh and has only the driver seat inside.. whats the problem?

FACTORY STOCK Class in NMRA have les mods then this coupe and run the same if not faster times with no juice.. whats so hard to bealive? Juts give the props and congratulations on what he ran.. and move on..
