Traction SUCKED!
best 60 ft- 1.74.
Pair of 12.26's, at 113 even.
91Pony's car ran very well. Too bad it couldn't hook- even on Et Drags...
I need new slicks. damnit.

at least I got a 14.7 out of the day at 94mph with a 2.3 60ft

I saw a new best mph:
60 ft......2.116
330 ft....6.005
1/8.......9.094@81.044
1/4.......13.883@103.879
best time for the day was:
60 ft......2.077
330 ft....5.856
1/8.......8.933@80.804
1/4.......13.768@102.238
The track seemed very slippery mid-track to me. Maybe it was my factory tires with 18,000 miles on them.

I thought the highlite of the day, was when Drew came back around with Heathers(91ponys)shifter knob in his hand as he manage to break the shifter right off we all knew he was seriously banging those gears lol. at least he didnt put his fist through her tape deck..

Yeah I saw that little second gear side action you did. I didnt like the track weather either cause I couldnt bring my little one (too cold for a two year old).

Thanks to Bunchmyfunky for the use of his shifter, Drew managed a new best in 91PONY.
12.011 @113.1mph with a 1.689 60ft.
Other runs were 12.040 &12.042 @113.3mph with 1.7x 60fts.
Hopefully next time out the track will stick enough for an 11 or two.

i ran today(on the back roads of milpitas)it ran best around 10 deg BTC. before with intial timing being 20 and the advance springs being what they were i was at 36 deg by 2000 rpms(chevys like all advance by 3600 rpms) and the motor was pinging so bad,i do not have vacuum advance on the distributor,so i was trying to conpendsate for the lack of that?! hopefully it can turn better numbers, becuase i should be in the mid to high 13's....i hope!
