This weekend I ran up in Redding at the track for some fun/grudge races. The weather conditions weren't the best (actually rained/sprinkled at the track about 10pm and we were back to racing 20 minutes later after 80-90% of the cars left [Big Grin] ) Made 4 runs in 20 minutes and never even turned the car off after the runs
Here are the numbers from a few of my time slips

60ft..........1.731
Mid MPH.......87.04
660ft.........7.938
MPH...........108.95
ET............12.431

60ft..........1.766
Mid MPH.......87.55
660ft.........7.922
MPH...........109.22
ET............12.421

60ft..........1.771
Mid MPH.......87.55
660ft.........7.948
MPH...........109.22
ET............12.442

60ft..........1.791
Mid MPH.......87.38
660ft.........7.956
MPH...........109.22
ET............12.451

Overall I was pretty happy with the times due to the weather conditions and track prep

You guys need to make the trip up to Redding for the "street legal drags"
Not much rice and lots of fun

This was in my 89 LX 'vert on the motor
It was originally an AOD car, but I did the AOD to T-5 to T-5z to TKO swap

Mark,
There are only 2 races left in the season.
Oct. 18th is the NHRA "King of the Hill" race
At the end, the winners of each class race each other and the overall winner takes home a "Wally"
Oct. 25th is the last "street race" of the season

I should be racing both dates

Later
Brian

I will try to make it for the 18th. Getting a Wally would be cool.

Thanks [Big Grin]

Granted, the track isn't a high dollar facility, but the track was just repaved in May and it's all we've got (up in Redding anyway)
Redding's track is the second longest continuously operating NHRA track in the country !!!!!

Mark, if you decide to go up to Redding for a race, give me a call, I might want to take the Mach up...it's been running pretty consistent.
