15fps and 11ish kbs audo wouldn't hurt either... some sweet 1.5 meg files for each race

Downloading now. I got some videos too. I got the last run between shade-tree and fasterdamit. That was a very nice run.

Thanks for encoding the videos shade-tree and thanks Aaron for being a camraman

Finally saw all the videos. FasterDamnit vs RedC5 is my fave just because of that major hole-shot. Fasterdamnit vs shade-tree is also good.
That footage of shoe-box vs shade-tree almost kissing the wall doesn't look as bad from the side angle as it did from behind

when I actually have a rear sway bar in I'm sure my stability in 1st gear will be greatly improved

It was fun seeing everyone out there having fun and running well. I hope to join in on the fun someday.

I didn't see you make a clean pass all day Joe

ouch, btw I have rice-calculated my car to be an 11.8x @ 115 in your hands, lol.
so that's only 2 tenths off and nearly 70 lbs heavier

I was only refuring to your "wandering" launches where you would pick a wall and head for it Really, I don't ever pay enough attension to people when they run to notince there shifting, etc.
I don't know about that 11.8 @ 115 either, but it would be nice though. I seem to have lost my touch these last few weeks, so I'm guessing 12.2 @ 112

i don't want to beat you because you miss a shift, i don't see the point in racing unless yo do an auto swap or a driver swap.
50% is pretty damn bad.
Posted by shade-tree (Member # 298) on

I ran a 13.1 first pass out, missing the hell out of 2nd, that's the only run I missed a shift on.
all others were 12.5 or better, the three "clean" runs were all 12.1 or better, so hey this is my first day out in a *long* while with a properly adjusted clutch.
btw I am not a weanie, I will not switch to a gaymatic unless I'm in single digits.
edit: btw Drew you would totally run an 11.8 in my car I guarantee it. Jim's too

well with only 3 clean passes out of 6, you seem to be a thick headed "weenie"
i guess i'll just wait for you to prove your "adjusted clutch" theory... but by then you might find out the race would be pointless anyway.

try me heads up and see if I miss
I'll be there on the 29th.

perfect and half and half are two completely different things. having someone miss a shift at the track is pretty god damn annoying. it's not so bad on the street when you can just put on the brakes, back up, and race again. hint hint.
No one cares about peter's corvette

when your car is ready I'll try you on the street, but you have to promise me you'll get a rollbar so we can go power adder to power adder later at Sac
or just run Jim, whatever he runs I pretty much do too and he doesn't miss

i'm going to find out what it runs with a supercharger before i have a cage, a bar will do me no good. I'll do my best to make sure i'm lined up with you.

hey Joe,thanks for the movies, and it was nice to meet you. It was my worst day of driving in monthes. I missed gears each of my three runs. Drew even missed. My car only saw one pass in the 11s and that was a missed shift as well.
