I just got off the phone with Germane @ Sac. The track rental base price is being increased from $2500 to $5,000 for 2003. Add to that:

VHT - $625 ($25/gal, estimating 25 gallons)
Insurance - Up to $1,000
Staffing - ~$600
Security - ~$320
Porta-Potty service - ~$200
Janitorial - ~$250
Medical Staff - incl w/600

TOTAL - $7,995.00
