The article you posted does not mention the details of the relief package. The reason Trump did not want to sign it is because instead of the 900 billion going to the American people as a Covid Relief Package, a large portion of it is going to foreign countries and special interest groups (mostly Democratic backed)instead. Basically they were holding the American people's sad state as hostage by saying they will get relief, but they must sign away billions in tax dollars to the foreign countries and special "government play money) interests. Remember this is not free money..it is American tax dollars going away to foreign countries all the while Americans are suffering and on the brink of living on the streets. The media always calls Trump crazy or delusional, but always leave all the facts and details out...what President would sign a shit bill like this in the first place...I don't blame Trump at all. A lot of Democrats don't either...

You probably didn’t even read what was in the bill. You wouldn’t have signed it either.

The stimulus bill should have been its own separate bill.
