Anyone sold a vehicle that self identifies as smog legal? lol. I just piked up a new work truck and might be selling my 2013 Duramax, and 2015 Ram. Both trucks are deleted so smog isn't really an option. I have had people tell me that if whoever buys them says they are an immediate family member smog is not necessary, but does DMV ask for proof? Anyone have experience with this, if I have to I will sell out of state I guess.

Yup dmv will ask for smog. I just sold my 7.3 also deleted
