It's not an Impala, it's a Bel-Air.

It has to be a super rare car because I have never heard of flat top Impala's unless they were 4-door or bel air/biscayne. I have seen like 5 '61 SS Impala's and those are rare as hell. Now I gotta go read up on this stuff, kinda defeats the purpose of the '61 look.

I guess there were '61 Flattop 2-door Impalas(my bad). I can't find any production numbers on them though. Has to be rarer than an SS. [Confused]

The VIN comes back as an Impala.

11711K138950

1=1961
17=Impala
11=2 door
K=Kansas City manufacturing plant

Yeah I feel stupid now. But honestly If I were to get a flat top '61 I might as well get a bel air/Biscayne and save myself half the damn money.
