Is 96-04 bbk intake plenum smog legal I can't find a carb number online

That's crazy basically every bbk part is smog legal except for this part and long tube headers

The only CARB legal plenum I know of is C&L which is very specific to only 02-04 GT's.

trickflow is carb legal

Had a summit kit on my 96gt 75TB Trickflow and Trickflow plenum with a (K&N)cai all had carb numbers also comes in black powder coat now..

also it will probably not fit under Stock strut tower brace.

Had to get a BBK strut tower brace that fit perfect

Can you provide the CARB EO#? The only one I found is D-369-5 which is only for the 2004.

Thats the carb #
Open the pdf file on summits site and you will read it states "2004 and older"

That's correct it's CARB legal for 96-04 I just purchased the black style one last night
