When going with different mufflers and or complete cat back, will a tune be needed for the car to still operate properly?

No...you'll be fine
And if you're planning on picking up the ones CoyoteCoupe has for sale (black ones in Stockton) they used to be mine, and I got them from AED. Well taken care of, and ceramic coated not rattle canned
