Somewhere between outlandish and ridiculous.

Considering a Boss 302 crate engine goes for almost $14k, I'd bet this would be in the $20k range if they even offer it.

Great engineering from Ford. Now a domestic company makes a V8 engine that puts out over 100hp per liter. This bragging right has always been with the Honda guys previously.

This engine is a totally unique architecture that isn't found anywhere else in Ford's lineup. It's slightly larger than a Coyote or Roadrunner (5 liter) but has a completely different flat plane crank and rotating assembly.
