Gentlemen,
I am taking a servant leadership course for my degree and I need some questions answered from people in supervisory/leadership positions

I'd need to know a brief description about you, and what you do for a living (title etc.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Who has had the most influence over how you lead?

In what areas would you like to improve your leadership?

What is the role of effective communication in leadership?


What leadership strategies have you found to be ineffective and why? What did you change to adapt?

What was the biggest setback in your leadership development and what did you do to overcome it?
