Hello calfords I have a question I bought a sn95 over the weekend and I plan on putting it in my name today..so I bought the car with pink slip but the car hasn't been registered since 2013 and the person I bought it from is not on the pink slip do I have to make the bill of sales for the person on the pink slip to the person I bought it from then me??? Or can I by pass this by going to DMV and explaining I don't have any contact with the old owners? Any help is appreciated! Thank u.

Sounds stolo, ask Neight he's got the dmv hookup as well as smog and roadside strawberries.

As long as the title is signed by the person who's on the title and it hasn't been filled out you should be ok fill out the back side with your information and good to go
