What is the going labor rate for a AOD to 5 speed swap on a fox?

I did one years back for roughly $650
If you do it right by selling your AOD provided it's in good working order it ends up being pretty cheap.

$700-$900 in parts, and I have seen people charge as little $400 to do the conversion as much $1K to do it

I think $400 for labor is insane..
but I guess that's why I don't pay for labor

if money not a problem buy a strong T5 for peace of mind, like from astro performance etc.
