Anyone here have any awesome smokers or bbq's? Been really into bbqing for quite awhile now and dabbled a bit into smoking in the past.
Recently received a smoker as a gift and cant stop using it! Love it.
Post up some pics!
Here is what I made today. I planned for ribs only but my buddy got a hog last night so we decided to do a whole pig leg.

I've used a cheapo Home Depot unit for years, and upgraded to a Kimono ceramic smoker over the winter. They hold heat extremely well, so my fuel use is way down. It's great to be able to smoke a pork butt and not have to worry about adding wood all the time.

I picked up this weber last summer and did all the upgrades with gas ignition and interchangeable grates. Love the taste you get from charcoal compared to gas.

These have always intrigued me since I first seen one. Damn things are heavy. What are the pros and cons to this unit?

Pros: super insulated, holds heat in extremely well, which means less wood is burned. Also helps hold in moisture, so no water pan really needed.
Cons: price. Not exactly cheap. I love mine. Brother and mom have one as well.
