I'm willing to bet had the ball actually popped out of his hands and went through the endzone they would have called a safety meaning obviouslly it was a catch!!!!! I just hope either way the hawks verses the packers doesnt get fucked up by a bad call for either team favoring from it GO HAWKS!!!!!!

Yup cant say anything other than..the boys got stiffed...no comparison to last weeks game by any means this was pretty much the game on the line, not 10 min left in the 4th..Dallas had opportunity to ice GB but couldn't get it done (murrays fumble,3 and outs left Rogers on the field, letting a huge 50 yard score get away from a sloppy secondary, missing what seemed to be a guarantee'd score before the half) and in the end it came down to one play and the refs fucked em,I really don't GAF what haters say he caught that ball like a boss, handled his buisness and got it takin away,Dez earned that 1st and goal and the potential lead change but nope the ref had different plans..It was a hell-of a game, congrats GB and there fans but I hope Seattle puts it to you, this is not the football I grew up on at all to much Bullshit ruins games,I gotta agree with shotime's post last week about the ref's ruining games cause it was far from bitter sweet, still in awe over this call considering it's worth,I'll argue over and over the call with Detroit was not a game winning call and Detroit had opportunity with time on the clock,Dallas did not in this one ..Dallas had a great year I'm proud of them regardless..To be in a Divisional game with Rogers and GB,that's a nail biter to the end after all the experts said this squad would be worst in the NFL is almost enough for me but I'm not satisfied,Dallas will be a huge contender next year no doubt there back, would be wise to keep what you got while it's hot and come back even better..Congrats Seattle,New England,Indy and GB should be a good bowl

Well said.
He took 2 full steps and extended his hand, which should be good enough to count as a "football move"... What else did he need to do? Regardless, they need to change that rule. It was an amazing grab that was taken away from the history books. Better luck next year!

Was a great catch....but he didn't maintain possession the whole way. The ball broke lose which results in an incomplete pass. We've seen this call plenty of times. I agree that it was the right call and give props to the refs for making the tough call.

+1
And I'm happy of all the players on that team, It was Dez/Owens 2.0 who didn't make the catch.

like cowboys were saying the previous week. One play doesn't determine the outcome of the game right? Even if the would've scored a touchdown and gone ahead what makes any realistic cowboy fan think that sorry defense would've stopped Aaron Rogers from driving down the field and scoring?

That's probably true. Even then, I would have preferred the game end that way!
Oh well. Life goes on.
