Does anyone know of a reputable cane corso breeder in norcal? I did some google searching and found a few web pages but im also looking for some on who has bougbt one recently.

Didnt know what a Cane Corso was...just googled it. They look like Mastifs. Nice looking dogs for sure! How are their temperaments?

Yes sir, they are italian mastiffs. They are bred down from Roman war dogs. It all depends on how they were brought up (like with any dog). They are super loyal to family and in my opinion are one the best guard dogs you can have. I have a buddy who has one and his kids hang on the dog and rough house with the dog all day.

A Boston terrier will look nothing like a Cane Corso.

Canes are cool dogs if you like canes look up a bora bull or bore bull these are beasts of a dog! My family dog is a black lab mixed with a mastiff he's been the absolute best dog you could dream of especially with my kids , and good luck to anyone that comes on his property.

Corso's are nice but I think a presa canario is the way to go. Aunt has 3 and they are big sons a bitches with loyalty and attitude to back it.
