What happens if I am on non ops and got the pink slip brah, but I need to pass smog because I don't wannna pay fifty dolla for the 5star smog station. I heard they don't like 50's because of the sydeshow's activities and they send me to the BAR because they are haters.

The dmv is stupidly inconsistent. On the right day with the right person helping you , you can fill out a statement of facts and you can get the fees reduced, but dont count on it.

I have been there 10 times in the last 2 weeks and it's the same story. I even told them about the statement of facts and they said it won't work for me.
