True, not many were arrested (probations, warrants etc). Many were let off with warnings.

Yeah thats true.. Everytime you are cited, you are "technically" arrested & released on your own recognition based on the agreement that you will show up to court on the day written on you ticket.. So everytime you get a ticket you're basically out on bail, which is why the paperwork say Notice Of Bail when you get it in the mail..

They had blocked over 100 people in, but only arrested a handful.. They were mainly concerned about weapons, stolen vehicles, warrants, & probationers/parolees..

I wasn't there(I don't go to sideshows) but from when I used to race on 7th all the time I know for a fact that damn near all those cars were just spectators and the ones in the actual sideshow probably left. That's one thing I used to hate, people who brought their muscle cars to the races but yet stood next to their cars parked on the side the whole time and not even run once.
