poor guy was obviously nervous. But yeah, regional manager needs to step his game up, guy could barely breath, let alone he needed a note card for 30-45 seconds of on air time? come on man....

He should know the product he is representing or selling. No excuses for that. It makes the brand look bad. They should've just had a spoke person speak.
