I highly doubt it. It was a hassle to get 6 letter black and yellow plates on my '66. I hate DMV.

I have the black replicas plates coming for my car... DMV says it will take 9-12 months to process and start rolling them out even though they cashed my check months ago.

Damn the blue plates need to get more pre-orders! My '86 still has the original blue ones but I'd like some custom ones.

I actually seen a black 13/14 5.0 at Chilli's the other night and it had the new plates just painted black and yellow which I think is illegal. Looks pretty slick on a black car.

ordered my legacy black and yellow plate....wait for it...wait for it...for my 2015 Tacoma [Big Grin] but I agree they look way more at home on an old school

Got the same for my black 2013... The new plates are supposed to look a little different then the original old school plates. Hopefully it doesn't look too out of place.

I called DMV to check the status of my plates. They said it was processed on 6/17 and order is enroute to Folsom DOC for production and should be ready for pick at DMV within 4-12 weeks...Can't believe It could still be October when I get them.

The have 7 digits an be reflective like modern plates.
og black plates on cam with six digits an were non reflective.

Ordered in 6/14...check cashed 7/14. Received my notice saying its a 8-12 week wait to pick up at DMV only just a month ago. I think the wait time on non personal plates is a lot less.
