Lol thats not a crown vic, its the FWD Continental. I've seen this car in Pleasant Hill a few times. Maybe he owns the Jeep Grand Cherokee I've seen with the same "El Camino" conversion.

there are lots of diffrent makes out thier with this same conversion. Specialy made to carry flowers for cemetery/funeral homes
