I agree. Our Liar & Chief "president" is trying to bypass congres with a global treaty on global warming that will leave our fate under the control of the united nations which despises liberty & freedom. We will also be funding poor or less fortunate countries to be supplemented by OUR TAX DOLLARS so You won't even need to sneak into The US anymore to get on the payroll! Oh yeah Our crazy governer Davis is practically opening the border with absolutely no push back from the Feds so get ready for another tax hike to California's already US leading 13.5 cents & hidden gas taxes.

If by all vehicles they include bicycles, then I may have to consider it. Since they act like they own the road, they may as well pay for it...
