350 i do it. or prepare to be working over head, grinding, sweating, wire wheeling, then welding, have head protection .

Add reinforcement plates. Welding won't hold that well since it's such a tough spot to weld.

I have reinforcment plates bolted in already Jst need to weld them. And the seams.
