Does anyone know of a safe place to do a massive burnout. My brother want to do a huge burn out, but dont want to get a ticket.

I'm in Modesto, Ca so any residents near me that know of a place please let me know!

right in front of your house! tag up your block let them know whats up

Just find somewhere secluded on a non busy road and have someone be lookout do your thing and leave.

Now when you say massive burnout are we talking like tire popping?? video!
