Hi , mannn this forum is off the charts , those sticky's are rather troublesome to say the least !!,
anyhow, I thought I'd introduce myself, as just jumping into your posts would be rather disrespectfull.
My name is John,41, from Melbourne Australia,
Member of Mustang Club Of Victoria/Australia
Ive had quite a few cars in my time, my favs were my
68 Fastback, and my current 66 fastback... and guess what???? both RHD too !
hahahahah just imagine your car with the steering wheel on the passengerside !!!!
I don't seem to have as much time to work on it these days,
but whether that's because times goin faster or its me being busy, I dunno???

Anyhow, thanks for allowing me to join
[patriot] ..

ps. I know theres a plethora of forums out there, and you're probably wondering why this one,

well initially I searcherd for some wheels that I once had, and found a respected member here, had them, and for sale too.
But wether they're still in his garage , who knows? or infact if anyone here would trade,

It wouldn't be easy, so I thought not to hassle him...... and fkn especially after seeing the sticky's ffs farrrrrrk !

feel free to ask any questions
as I will of you eventually when I get about [Whoo Whooooo!]

well theres plenty of LHD cars here now since they dropped the
regulations that we had to convert them...

my car was imported just on 20 years ago. the law was pretty stringent back then.

That's awesome! I figured you did when you mentioned your car club. Steve is a good friend. We've had dinner a time or two when he makes it up to northern CA. I took him for a spin in my '12 Boss 302 the last time he was here. He's bought more than a few cars from me and often asks me to hunt down cars for him.

He is a great guy and very active in the hobby. I sent him an email letting him know how you popped up on the site.

Your '66 is gorgeous!

Here's a quick pic of my '67 and one of our current stable.

Charles, no names sadly, just " beast" I call all my cars "beast" !!!
Im in the aluminium industry, and fortunate to have a plethora of powdercoaters ! but hey, I appreciate the offer mannn !!

Het Raelsmar, would you be allowed to drive a rhd car there?

Posted by NvrGoFullRetard (Member # 1633) on :

Thanks, John! It's a nice cruiser. I've got a '65 Fastback slowly coming together... kind of a "one of these years" car. It's definitely a more ambitious build.

Are you working on anything currently?

pm sent bro hopefully I clicked the correct icon to do so

iceman, I just finished installing a new set of headers on the 66, and also completed it with a
magnaflow stainless 2.5 in cross pipe system.
Im going to be on hold for a couple of months,
as we're nearing our house move in Sept.
then once settled, i'll be back on the tools again im sure.

Sweet! We just put a polished Magnaflow setup on the wife's Cobra. Definitely my favorite muffler.

Posted by JohnnyBravo73 (Member # 13651) on :

Deffinately impressed with the magnaflow,
Even the neighbors who had to put up with me startin it everyday with straight out headers now say,
The new system sounds awsome!
Did you click the pic above the yellow 68?
Its a short vid of how the 66 sounds

I didn't realize it was a video. It sounds really good. The Cobra has a pretty wicked sound too. The combination of the exhaust and the scream of the blower really gets people's attention.
