Was only a matter of time. Same thing happened to Toyota when they had their recall and lost $1.7 billion

Resale is a dumb reason to sue. Not saying GM shouldnt be in trouble for fail in to man up amd take responsibility by recalling their cars, especially the Saturn's with steering problems. But to sue because the resale value has gone down is dumb. If thats the case ppl should have sued as soon as they were bailed out. Wtf
