I have never parted one of those out but I believe at that price, I think there is room to make some money parting it out.

I'd cash out 7k for it. Still clean from pictures tho. I'd also get that compression test done B4 anything

With the car falling into a man hole cover, the compression would be the least of my worries. lol And if the car has never developed the head tick or had it fixed, I would be very worried.

If I could get a good deal on a engine / tranny rebuild. I would make an offer to buy it. As long as everything is in tact and no suspension, frame, and rear end damage.
