I have an 1989 coupe mustang the power steering is not working I got a new pump,rack and high pressure hose and still no go can someone think what's wrong ?

Did u check fluid level? Is the belt attached? ...and did you try burping the air out.

the blinker bearing runs off the power steering belt, u might need to lube it.

theres different ways people do it.. I usually jack up the front, and turn the wheel lock to lock until there are no more bubbles coming out of the pump.. keep an eye on the reservoir & make sure you keep it filled while you do this though.. some say do it with the car off, some say it doesnt matter.. i do it with the car on and havent had any issues..
