yes u can.. I'm about to polish a stock 03 cobra catback for my car.. it will take a couple hours, but definitely worth it!!

If you are talking about the pipes you see, sideways, then yes universal metal polishing in oakland did a awesome job on my sons.
510 917 0003. he charged 150, and did the entire catback.
