Anyone in San Jose know of any good lawyer.. Iam trying to sue the owner of a mechanic shop that hasn't giving me my money back .. I gave them a $800 deposit to have get an engine swap on my work truck but they kept telling me every week it would be done next week an so on after 2 months they never did anything I took my truck .. now they say they don't have my money an to wait to next week now it been 2 weeks an Iam tired of being patient with them

I think you can just take this to a small claims court, no lawyer needed. Lawyer might cost more than those $800

Go back and speak with them, let them know that your at the point if following threw with bar, and map...once shops hear these words shit gets serious real quick
