You would still fail the visual part of smog check regardless if you had cats or not just cause the longtubes

You would have to have a custom pipe made. There is no company that makes a 4 cat mid pipe for long tubes. It would be real close together and a tight fit.

I don't mean to be a dick but try another state if you want something cool on your car.
Doesn't matter if it passes a sniffer (which is what matters) its about what it "looks" like. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it
