hey guys so i been looking around for a notch so i can eventually get it to be a track car. i found a 92 notch roller with most the motor and transmission, but it was a 4 cylinder. since my goal is to make it a track car would it be okay to get this one or should i just spend a lil more money on getting a 5.0 engine notch? i was reading that the whole suspension and drivetrain were built only to handle the 4 cylinder not the 8. so therefore basically buying the body and chassis and ultimately swapping out every other part to be able to handle the extra power i want to add. correct me if im wrong

When the cars were going down the assembly line, the robots didn't care if it was a 4 banger or a v8. So the shell is the same for both. The rear end, springs and the sway bars are the important differences, which could easily be bolted in.

If it's gonna be a track car the suspension will eventually be upgraded. And every thing else. Well at least that's what I said when I bought my 4 cylinder notch
