Was seeing if anyone had these dvds and where they worth the $36?

Or any suggestions on other means of learning how to build an engine;

Im looking at doing a 408w build that will be a "longterm" build shooting for under 2years.

69/70- 351w block
forged internal 10.5 compression (pumpgas)
TEA TW 205cc
rpm airgap / vic jr
looking in to MSD atomic to replace carb. not liking the efi options
