Putting up a feeler for my car, trying to decide whether I will be attempting to sell it as is or part it out in the near future. Some of you may remember the car from the Mustang Ranch dyno day a while back (car used to have CCW Classics and an Intercooled Vortech). I sold the blower several months back as well as the CCW’s in order to fund a turbo set up but eventually realized it’s time to move on from the car game for a while. Everything remained on the car aside from the CCW’s and Vortech, I simply got a startup tune through amazon tuning for the time being and ended up parking the car for months. It has been started and driven once a month to make sure everything is still in running order. As of right now the car is simply a supercharger away from once again making 550+ on 91 safely and reliably. Not sure what I am asking at the moment for the car as a whole but I thought it would be good to put it out there. I listed the modifications below with up to date mileages on the added components.

Added note: The motor when supercharged has taken very little abuse. The car has rarely been raced and it has seen most of its high rpm pulls on the dyno. Nick(SLOWSN95) and I did a compression test on the motor shortly after selling the blower and every cylinder checked out across the board. Motor runs great, doesn't burn any oil, and like i said before is simply waiting for another blower setup.

I saw your car out at starbucks in milpitas a while back. It looked sick with the ccw's. If you part I would be intrrested in the side skirts.

If you part it out I'll take the TF valve covers [patriot]

If I can get a buyer for the longblock I will seriously think about parting it out. I'd most likely sell the motor as a top to bottom crate engine though so we'll see where the interest is. I'll keep that in mind.

price?

Pretty much taking offers for the time being. I could make a lot more parting it out but that's also a pain in the ass.

Id hate to see this car go, Mike. No way you can keep it?

Everything on this car has been done correctly. Mike has been very meticulous about how he does everything. This may be a feeler, but im sure he doesnt want to see any offers that are basically a slap in the face. He has spent top dollar on pretty much every part and could easily just part to make most of his money back.

GLWS Mike. Hope you get what you're looking for.

Thanks man, will be tough to see it go but at this point someone else could get far more use out of it. Would love to see it supercharged again.

Dont think youll get close to what you probably want for it. Its essentially a salvaged GT that needs work. If youre looking to make any decent money off it, Youre best bet is just part it out or youre going to lose your ass on the sale.

I'm not expecting to get anywhere near what I could get for it parted out. At the same time the work it needs is extremely minimal. It needs registration, stock injectors and an updated tune from Rick @ Amazon which is free (lifetime tuning on my xcal2). Pretty much every used car needs work somewhere. I'm just throwing this up there to see if people are interested. Take it or leave it.

Well then post a price, Otherwise youre going to get nothing but extreme low ball offers and bs to go along with it. Atleast a price would be a good starting point.

Have a lot of interest in parts thus far but currently in talks with two possible buyers for the car as is. Would rather not part since I don't have the time but I'll keep you posted.

Give people the player price to take off their own part or if you're not into it then sell mr salvo for less than 5 racks.

I'm in no rush to sell it nor am I in desperate need for the money so until then waiting for the right buyer is cool with me. No chance I'm selling it for below 5 though.

I think if your selling something, you should give a base price, this Feeler stuff is [BS flag] IMO, Give a price than add best offer!
This is a clean car, I think you will be able to sell it once you give a price...
Good luck

Both buyers are interested at $8k.

I would take it and run. the market on these cars SUCK. I have a 2000gt griggs gr-40 sc with 15,000 miles clean title and a spare motor (324 big bore and cnc heads) and I have yet to get reasonable offer.

GLWTS
