There's a difference between a street beaten 7th St swanger that's worth 1500 that someone wants 7k for, a completely restored and rotisseried classic that is concourse show ready!

I couldn't pay that much for a non Shelby original mustang. Not saying it isn't a great car. But I'd rather dump that kind of money into a pro touring car. At least that would be really fun to drive.

For a fully restored optioned convertible mustang i could see it fetching this price or somewhere very close to this.

But with other examples like this:
http://www.barrett-jackson.com/application/onlinesubmission/lotdetails.aspx?ln=633&aid=524
or this:
http://www.barrett-jackson.com/application/onlinesubmission/lotdetails.aspx?ln=714&aid=466
it's kind of hard to justify the price tag of the first example.
