This place did change a lot over the time I've been on here. I stay on here bc it's the first forum I joined and still kind of has the "home" feel to me. I guess it's a mind set where I default to this Ford community. You've all helped me out during tech problems
Or when I'm looking for parts

I have met a lot of good folks on here, and a few shady. But every forum has that. There are still good folks on here. As long as we stay humble and stay honest, and continue to help each other out...CA Fords will be alright.

I didn't sign up until I actually got a mustang but I've been to the first cafords meet up at the college, and I remember there was one more on treasure island which someone wrecked I forgot who it was.

Haha, I have a much lower member number than most of the self-proclaimed OG's. I joined way back in the 98cobra.com days.

This forum is much different now compared to the one it was when I first joined. And not a 'good' different.

I drop in here and there but this site has turned pretty lame.

Aside from my 67' I dont have any other mustangs now. The only parts for them I have are 3 supercharger kits and a nitrous set up for foxbodies that I need to get rid off. That should clean me out of mustang stuff Im not using.

His job offered to transfer him out of California to somewhere in the east.
I don't remember where exactly. I talked to him a couple times after he moved. He mainly for financial reasons and he wanted to get out of this liberal state. I tried to contact him two or three times over the last couple years and no luck.

Don't really come on here much anymore, too much BS vs back in the day when it was good socializing and great tech. Been on here since 2003, lost my original acct # in the crash w/ lots of others. I remember how much more respectful and decent people were back when I joined lol
