I just sold my current dd. I'm looking into possibly getting a 96-98 cobra as a replacement. A fox is an option but most seem to be beat to hell. Is there something to look out for with these 4v's. Thanks

I am in the market for one as well. I really love the 96-98 Cobras.
I plan to keep my termi swapped 97 GT for use on the weekends ect. And daily drive a 96-98 Snake.

Absolutely love mine, dd and all, never has left me stranded and can take a beating from hell from time to time lol, great head turners when done right and good mpg..just look out for high temps in the 96's,they had a recall for the condensers, some were fixed, some weren't...other than that good luck in your find I wouldn't spend more than 6k tho as 99/01 cobras are very close to that price now a days and with C heads,IRS and the new edge body style,a 99/01 cobra gets my vote over a SN cobra,I've owned both btw and if you find the right 96-98 you can spend around 4-5k and get a nice one that's needs minor tlc..
