I already have this in possession
going to put this turbo kit on a 1991 5.0 mustang with stock everything
only thing im missing on the kit is
maf
fuel pump
injectors
what size injectors should i run on it?
what would be a safe boost # on a stock engine?
going to leave the engine stock with just the turbo on it.
How much horsepower on a stock motor do you think i could make?

i found 30# injectors and matching maf on CL...would this be enough on a stock engine or go to 42?

I'd go with 42 just becuase it gives you some room to play with with out maxing those out ur running stock heads and cam or what. Also how many lbs you plan on running

Nice. I'm gonna say 350-375rwhp. I would keep the boost extra low with those Hyper pistons! I'm assuming when you say stock, you mean no bolt ons at all?

you can get away with 42lb injectors but would run 60's just to be safe and more room to grow and don't have to buy prts twice think ahead it does help sometimes

36lb-42lb injectors, wouldn't go over 10lbs of boost with stock heads, if it's a 5 speed good luck keeping the clutch alive with 3:27s, the turbo will make more power with 3:08-3:27 gears but the clutch will complain, I don't know how good that 70mm is but it should add 150-200hp extra, race gas, extra timing, and no exhaust after the downpipe, will help a lot.

I've got some World products Sr heads, and 60#'s to go with that kit.

If you plan on making more than 10lbs of boost and more than 500hp, I would run aluminum heads, if you want the heads to stay on the block better.

My goal range is 400 to 440. Nice street/strip

You have a few choices, up the boost and get use to doing the head gaskets if you going to use stock iron heads. Or get some nice aluminum heads and intake, retard the stock cam 4 degrees or F303 cam, and run low boost, like 6lbs, to keep the air inlet temps down and get it to live longer.
