I vowed not to talk about the 49ers until the post season. But this needed to be addressed. I for one hope he gets help. He's lucky he didn't hurt anyone. Obviously he has a lot of growing up to do and I do believe people deserve a second chance.
They said something about " Pills " in his car....... We don't know anything about his personal life but it seems he's battling some demons. I hope he can clean up his act, admit he has a problem & continue his career in the NFL. It would be a real waste of talent if his problems cause him to end what could be a HOF career as one of the better pass rushers the league has seen in some time.

thank god for our professional athletes we have for our children to grow up idolizing!!!!!! Theres flat out no excuse for these stupid fucks!! I mean for christ sake the NFL has a program in place that will drive the players anywhere anytime yet they still choose to put innocent peoples lives in danger! Well thats what happens when you know that money can buy your innosence.

Also, the reason this is upsetting is because he will take a suspension. Otherwise, as long as nobody's hurt I couldn't care less. I just want him on the field continuing to be the most dominant pass rusher in the league.

Double standard there in sf the head coach said he will play any consequences will be handed down by the nfl not the 49ers... I guess it's a must win this Sunday and Harbaugh is worried they can't win without Aldon smith

2nd DUI in less then 2 years. Had pills & weed. I wouldn't exactly say a slap on the wrist would be appropriate for this situation. Harbaugh really is a piece of work. [Frown]

Would Harbaugh even care if Smith would have injured someone? Some things are more important then football. They got Kap anyways so they got this one in the bag.

I just saw this too on NFL network that's F'n terrible Harbaugh always was and continues to be very unlikable. And I'm not a Niners hater by any means but that's crap.

Well atleast this happened after the beat down the 9ers received in seattle last week so we dont have to hear Oh we only lost cuz Aldon was suspeneded!!! LOL! sure its early in the season but not to early to say the 9ers are gonna be runners up this year. LETS GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it couldn't ever leave your house because "insurance". But now it's at your shop. Lol. I'll bet if somebody hit you up for the 408 you would have said you sold it. Probably also does not exist.

Actually I decided not to sell the 408 combo I'm saving it for my 61 unibody unless you want to buy it, never mind i'm sure it puts down way too much power for you nor could you afford it.

i'm not 100 % sure but i think suspensions are now handled by the league, not the team. i'm pretty sure thats what harbaugh Said, the league will handle the consequences.
