Meet your buyer at a Firearms dealer, they will have your buyer fill out paperwork and take info thumbprint etc from both of you and they send it off to DOJ. Buyer should pay for the paperwork, it's not too bad only about $30 bucks. They hold the firearm until everything clears and your buyer goes to pick up his shiny new weapon.

They aren't banned yet. Even if the bill gets signed, I'm sure it wouldn't go into effect till Jan. 1st, 2014

Don't limit yourself to CA market! You can post it for sale on line. Then your buyer can pick which FFL he wants you to ship the gun to for legal transfer.
