I've got to give a shoutout to SacStangDriver. He did a job for me I dreaded doing...yup, you guessed it, the infamous heater core replacement. He did a great job, very professional while also being very personable. He is a great guy and great mechanic. He did it in 3.5 hours whereas it would have taken me probably double that, being the "back yard mechanic" I am. It was worth the 1.25 drive there and back.
THANKS A TON SSD!! It was my pleasure meeting and dealing with you. WILL do more business in the future.

i do agree! how much did he charge actually cause i wont even do them myself no more, ill half to shoot them his way.

Yea, they are a pain to do. It was a LOT easier for him. He has a shop, removed the seats for more working room and had a full set of air tools.

You'll have to ask him his going rate. I think I got the "Senior Discount"!! [Big Grin]
